The issue has been Sporadic to All the users in our Client Location no matter Accessing File shares from Wired , wireless, network or remote-They have been experiencing the delays while accessing files from Share.All users are on Windows 7
As a part of my research I found the Following from the File Server.
Net config server gave the Output as
Idle Session Timeout as 15 mins
One more thing I noticed is from the below command as

I was referring few blogs and was suggested to disable Auto-Tuning Level
Do we have any Performance counters that I can use to Troubleshoot This Behavior?
Any Suggestions would be Appreciated.
