Hello everyone, we are facing the migration from folder redirection to work folders. We didn't encounter any major difficulties but we noticed abnormal behavior regarding the default exclusions.
When the properties of a folder are changed, the desktop.ini file is created which remains in sync and is not excluded. The file remains in this state until the scheduled "Work Folders Maintenance Work" task is executed (typically at the user's logon
with a 30-minute delay).
What we don't understand is if it is a bug (versions tested 1803 - 1809 - 1903 - 1909) or is "by design". It is certainly not a correct behavior because the helpdesk would be overwhelmed with calls from people who complain about the non-synchronization
of files when in reality there is no problem!
