Folder Sharing and Security workgroup

Hi All,

I have a shared folder in my Windows 2003 server system connected in a network and my system is part of "MSHOME" workgroup in the network.

The files under this shared folder can be deleted or moved using my system as well as using another system which is part of "WORKGROUP" workgroup in the same network .

Now I also need to give full control access permission for another system in "MSHOME" workgroup in my network.

How can I do the same.
