How user to access the Home directory even when logged in via secondary domain controller?

One of my customers is going for three physical servers with Windows 2012 Server OS in them. One would be the Primary Domain Controller (PDC), second a Tally server (accounting package) and third will run three Hyper V with WSUS, Antivirus Server and Backup Domain Controller (BDC) running in three Hyper V server instances.

They would be directly connected to IBM Storwize V3700 SAM storage either via HBA FC or via SAS card serial to the storage. They have 250 users and each user with get around 10MB of home directory storage on the SAN storage when logged via the PDC. This can be done. However my customer wants that when the PDC goes down and users are logged via BDC, they should still be able to access their respective 10MB home directory on the SAN storage.

Can somebody help me in suggesting, how to manage this? Do I need to do some login scrips?
