BUILTIN\Administrators

I found some PowerShell scripts that will tell me the owner of files in a folder.   Why is it 99% of the files I find have the same owner:  BUILTIN\Administrators  ??   I searched a folder where I created different csv files yet it does not list me as the owner, How come?
